At-Home Male Hormone Test Kit + Report

Is this an at-home testosterone test?
Total testosterone is one of the five markers in this kit, measured alongside cortisol, TSH, A1C and ferritin. Mett Wellness doesn't sell a testosterone-only test.
What's in the other kits?
