Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days by USPS, and tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to update. Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Orders over $75 ship free.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, email us at help@mett.com and we will look into the details.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Refunds are processed within 14 days. To request a return label, email help@mett.com.

If we shipped you the wrong product, that one's on us. Keep it or give it away, or let us know if you'd like to return it.
